MICHAEL SJOGREN, CPA

CO-FOUNDER

Michael brings a wealth of finance, business and real estate experience. Michael started his career as an auditor at an accounting firm where he specialized in real estate and economic development. From there he went on to work in finance for an international energy company with annual revenues of $15.2 billion, advising the senior leadership team on high-value, complex transactions. Michael earned an M.B.A. in Entrepreneurship from Walden University (summa cum laude), and a B.A. in Accounting from Assumption College (summa cum laude) where he was also the captain of the men’s lacrosse team.

Michael enjoys trail running, golf, and spending time with his wife and son.

EDWARD NOSEWORTHY, III

CO-FOUNDER

Ed has been actively involved in commercial real estate development and
construction since 2005. Ed began his career as a Master Electrician licensed in multiple states and grew to become an Operation/Sales Manager overseeing large construction projects throughout New England for a large, regional construction firm. Ed brings a wealth of construction and operations management experience.

Ed enjoys reading, golf and relaxing at the lake house with his fiance.

Joe controls over $250M worth of real estate in Houston, Dallas-Fort Worth and Cincinnati.  A native Texan, Joe grew up in Fort Worth and graduated from Texas Tech University.  He currently splits his time between Dallas-Fort Worth and Cincinnati.  He has been investing in real estate since 2008 and, prior to that, was the youngest vice president at an award-winning advertising agency in NYC.

Joe is also the host of the world’s longest running daily real estate podcast, Best Real Estate Investing Advice Ever, where he has interviewed guests such as Barbara Corcoran and Robert Kiyosaki.   Joe also coaches students on multi-family investing and has written a book entitled “Best Real Estate Investing Advice Ever.”
